Classically trained, Lenore’s musical journey has included performing on violin and viola with the Bemidji Symphony Orchestra, Itasca Symphony Orchestra, Heartland Orchestra, South Dakota Orchestra, and Amato String Quartet. She has shared her classical training with hundreds of students and adults throughout Minnesota through private and group lessons and conducting youth orchestras.   

For the past 29 years and currently,  Lenore performs on fiddle, viola and mandolin with the all-women band, “Caleigh.” The band has entertained hundreds of audiences throughout Minnesota and surrounding states with their in-person performances of world, folk, Celtic, bluegrass and original music and has been heard worldwide via the internet. Accolades include five recorded albums: 1) Branching Out; 2) Into the Wood; 3) Out on a Limb;  4) From the Northland; and 5) When I See Winter Return.  

Since retirement, Lenore has branched out as a solo/duet artist performing violin/viola dinner music for different occasions and events – VIP dinners, retirement celebrations, private house parties, restaurants and resorts.
